The ground floor of the main house offers a large open space with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with panoramic windows and a living room with elegant velvet sofas, fireplace and a grand piano. The master bedroom and another smaller bedroom are also located on this floor. The lower floor houses another living/games room and 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
Facing the pool terrace, there is an independent studio accessible via its own entrance with a double bed and a shower, ideal for teenagers or staff. The property also benefits from a private fitness room equipped with an indoor bicycle, hammam and sauna.
Outdoors on the private terrace, you will find a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers as well as a shaded dining table and other cosy seating areas.
