105 Sailmaker This snowbird-friendly condo has been equipped with everything you and your loved ones could ever need to spend a wonderful and unforgettable beach-cation! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a combined living room/dining room, washer and dryer, and cable TV. The ocean view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a brand new king-size bed (new pillows as well) with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a brand new queen bed (new pillows as well) with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has two brand new twin-size beds (new pillows as well) and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This snowbird-friendly, oceanfront has its entrance on the second level. THINGS TO KNOW The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include: •Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access •Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time •Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day) •Access to the Ritz Carlton’s beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time. •The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees. •Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
