Enjoy this beach house known as “Sundancer” with a spectacular view of the lake from the rooftop deck. Its great location is just steps away from what many claim is Lake Michigan’s most beautiful beach, Sheridan Beach. The seven bedrooms can sleep 16 and the two sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses provide a total of 20 sleeping spaces. The five full bathrooms allows everyone to get ready without a wait. Unique to the area is off street parking for up to 10 vehicles.
The main level has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops that any chef is sure to enjoy. The dining room offers two large tables with seating for 20 so your entire family can dine together. The living room provides space for relaxing, reading or watching TV. If you prefer the outdoors, unwind on a rocking chair on the front porch or relax on the deck off the dining room to enjoy a beverage, snack or just do nothing at all. A bedroom with a king size bed, the living room sleeper sofa and full bathroom with two sinks is available for those that don’t want to venture to the other levels.
Located on the top level is the master bedroom with a king bed, on suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and custom shower, and its own private deck, this is sure to be a highly sought after bedroom in the house. The youngsters will enjoy the bunk room with two bunk beds and hallway bathroom with double sinks. While the other two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Other features of the home include a lower level rec room that’s sure to become the favored spot in the house. The rec room has an open seating area with a queen sleeper sofa, bar seating for six and another sofa, plus a second kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Watch your favorite show, movie or sporting event on the 60” Samsung HD TV with Klipsch sound bar. There are two bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, a full bathroom and laundry room complete this level.
We know having the right amenities can make or break your vacation so we have what you want! “Sundancer” offers a flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player with Netflix access in the living room, rec room and most bedrooms. Stay connected with Wi-Fi or enjoy a good old fashion board game from our collection. Traveling with small children, you’ll appreciate the high chair provided.
For the outdoor lovers, the ground level patio offers two gas grills and four picnic tables with seating up to 24. The rooftop deck is the ideal spot to catch some rays, star gaze or take in the incredible view of the lake. With a gas grill, wet bar, lounge chairs and seating at two dining tables, you can only imagine what an awesome spot this is to hangout. Heading to the beach, we’ve got you covered with beach towels, beach chairs, two beach buggies and two coolers.
