Beautifully situated on the garden level with a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean, this oceanfront, two-bedroom condo is a wonderful place to take in fragrant coastal breezes and scenes of the surrounding dunes. Inside this ground-floor condo, you’ll be greeted by an open living room and dining room with views of the ocean. There are two sets of sliding glass doors - one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom - that lead to the oceanfront patio, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with both a breakfast bar and a small breakfast nook. The primary bedroom offers a newly upgraded bathroom with a separate tub, a walk-in shower, and a nicely sized open closet. The guest bedroom has an upgraded private bathroom as well, featuring a beautiful new shower. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
