• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees of €6.19 euro per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

Located in a quiet residential part of Mougins, this stunning traditional property offers 8 bedrooms, A/C throughout, and lovely views towards the Esterel mountains and the sea.
The property consists of a main house and an annex and has been lovingly restored both inside and out with high-end fittings and furnishings.
On the ground floor of the main house, there are several common areas to enjoy: a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a traditional fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and additional seating in front of a fireplace, a dining room as well as a cosy TV den. From the common areas, large French windows open onto the outdoor terrace with wonderful views.
The main house offers 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms, of which 4 are on the first floor and 2 on the second floor, and each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. There is also a stylish, spacious office on the first floor ideal for working remotely.
In the annex, you will find two ensuite bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen.
The beautiful gardens offer a covered alfresco dining area, seating areas, a pool terrace with a heated swimming pool surrounded by several sun loungers, a play area for kids to run around as well as fantastic views.
Additional entertainment include: satellite TV, library with CDs and DVDs, piano, table tennis, table football, children’s toys, etc.
The property is accessed via electric gates and there is a discreet caretaker on site.
The old village of Mougins is within a short drive and the nearest golf course is within a mere 15-minute walk.
