OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE Screened in porch with comfortable seating areas, tables and relaxing party lights. Pull up a chair around the beautifully designed, must have, firepit, or compete in a friendly yard game or two while the family chef cooks dinner on the gas grill. PARKING 4 parking spaces, 2 in the front along the street, 2 in the back in the driveway. Overflow parking lot within walking distance. HOUSE RULES -No smoking or vaping indoors -No pets -No parties -No fireworks -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it. RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity. 4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September. Sleepin’ Inn rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
