What a house! Across the street from Lake Kai, and just steps to the pool, this home is a short walk to Lake Michigan and the Sandcastle Playground. With four master suites, Catchin Some Rays, is the perfect home for extended families to really spread out and feel at home. The first floor has a spacious great room, a huge kitchen with a table for 8, and a double height dining room with another full-size table seating an additional 8 people. Let the kids venture up the ships ladder to the loft featuring a smart TV with a PlayStation 2, also equip to stream your favorite shows. *(Note you must bring your own streaming device to plug into this TV). The lower level of Catchin Some Rays, features a massive rec-room with a flat screen TV with gaming systems, Foosball table, a butcher-block table with seating for 4, games galore on a tall shelving unit.
OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The main house indoor space opens to a large screen porch. The main level porch has more additional seating and table to extend even your gathering space even further. Beyond the patio the owner has added outdoor space for guests to gather with party lights, a brand-new walkway, patio area with chairs and manicured lawn- even a new gas grill! This home is one of the only vacation rentals with an outdoor lighted patio gathering space to enjoy an evening outside in style. The surrounding yard is manicured with perfect placement of outdoor decor and beautiful plants.

RENTAL PERIOD
The Rays rent Friday to Friday, mid-June through mid-August. Perfect rental for all season’s getaways and holidays. Excellent rental for your out-of-town guests, golf outings, girl’s weekends and family reunions.
