The bright, open main floor features a spacious living area, a large kitchen with seating for eight, and a dramatic dining room with another table for eight, making it easy to enjoy meals together. Kids will love climbing the ladder to the loft, where they’ll find a Smart TV and PlayStation 2 for their own cozy hangout. Downstairs, the oversized recreation room is packed with entertainment, including a large TV with gaming systems, foosball, board games, and plenty of comfortable seating. The fun continues outside. A large screened porch extends the living space with comfortable seating and space to dine outdoors. Beyond the porch, you’ll find one of Beachwalk’s best outdoor gathering areas, complete with patio lighting, beautifully landscaped walkways, comfortable lounge seating, a manicured lawn, and a gas grill, perfect for evening cookouts and spending time together under the stars. Located in the heart of Beachwalk Resort, you’ll be directly across from Lake Kai, just steps from the community pool, and an easy walk to both Lake Michigan’s beach and the Sandcastle Playground. Parking is available for up to five vehicles: 2 spaces in front of the main house 2 spaces in the rear driveway 1 space in front of the coach house Additional overflow parking is available nearby. During your stay, enjoy access to Beachwalk Resort’s fantastic amenities, including: Heated swimming pool* Toddler pool* Basketball and tennis courts* Bocce ball and shuffleboard Putting green Sandcastle playground Catch-and-release fishing Seasonal paddleboard and kayak rentals* Resort passes are required mid-May through September: Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and older. During peak summer (mid-June through mid-August), The Rays rents Friday to Friday. House Rules Must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the reservation. No smoking or vaping indoors. No pets. No parties or events exceeding the maximum occupancy. No fireworks.
