• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
This great stone property offers spacious accommodation with 4 ensuite bedrooms, a swimming pool and a covered outdoor dining and lounge area, making it the perfect choice for a family holiday on the Côte d’Azur. The village of La Colle-sur-Loup with its amenities is within easy walking distance.
The entrance door brings you to a hall with large French doors opening onto the garden. On the right of the hall is the open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, you have access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the left of the hall, there are two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom and French doors providing access to the garden.
The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and has access to a private terrace with views towards Saint-Paul-de-Vence and a full bathroom with double vanity and large shower with seat.
On the garden level, there is a large bedroom suite with its own full bathroom and access to a kitchenette. This bedroom opens onto a private terrace with garden access.
In the private garden lined with hedges and citrus, olive and palm trees, you will find a swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue and a covered terrace with a lounge and dining area, perfect for those long warm summer evenings.
The copper/silver ionization filtration adds natural minerals to the swimming pool which outright kills harmful algae, bacteria and biofilm.
