Welcome to your "home away from home" in beautiful Portland, Oregon! This fantastic townhome property is located in a lovely suburban neighborhood, offering three levels of comfortable living space for you and your guests.
As you enter, you’ll find a spacious foyer that leads to the lower level converted garage. This casual yet spacious is the perfect spot to kick back and relax, with a bar, billiards table, back deck, and plenty of group seating. This ’converted’ garage area offers tons of seating and flexibility while playing pool. Please note that this space doesn’t have its own heating/cooling option.
On the second floor, you’ll find the main living space with an open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Turn on the cozy gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance during the winter months or open the sliding glass door to enjoy the balcony, treed views, and sunshine during the summer months.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
