This incredible home offers a unique blend of a quiet wooded neighborhood feel while being just a handful of minutes from Washington Square to the East, downtown Beaverton to the North, and Sherwood to the south. There are also hundreds of amazing wineries and vineyards 30-45 minutes to the southwest.
The entire home sits on a single level and is great for families or individuals where stairs can be a challenge. In addition, the open floor plan allows for the entire family to enjoy time together whether it be inside watching TV, playing games, or outside on the deck. The spacious deck is equipped with a gas BBQ and a wooded private feel for you to enjoy. The home has amazing internet wifi for all of your steaming needs.
The three bedrooms are all on the single main level. One has two twins. The second is equipped with a full bed, and the master suite has a king-size bed as well as a pull-out couch for additional room if needed. In the living and family rooms, you will find couches for additional sleeping possibilities if you prefer.
You will find ample shopping and grocery options. The home and neighborhood is surrounded by parks and trails. Madrona Heights, Morrison Woods, and Summercrest Parks are just a few of the closest ones. About a mile away is Cooper Mountain Nature Park, which sits right next to Cooper Mountain Vineyards.
This is a truly special home to enjoy so many aspects of the greater Portland region and the Pacific Northwest.
