The Saltwater Cottage at Gleneden Beach is a truly special beach house you will remember forever. Located on Salal Place, you are midway down a dead end street so you can enjoy the quiet and comfort during your stay. The decor is a perfect blend of relaxing beach vibes with exceptional comfort and quality. A brand new sectional couch was just installed August of 2019.
The open floor layout downstairs is great for keeping everyone together and making memories during your stay. On the lower level, there is a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub for your enjoyment. There is also a half bath with a washer and dryer. There is ample seating and a large flat screen TV with some local chanels and streaming options. Please note that all of the bathrooms are on the main level. Whether you are coming back from the beach and need a rinse or want to enjoy a shower in the salt air, there is a private outdoor shower area behind the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
