Placed perfectly on the edges of the world-class Galloping Goose ski run, Slopeside Villa was designed to take full advantage of all of the Rocky Mountain magic that Mountain Village is famous for. With five gorgeous AIR-CONDITIONED bedrooms, two luxurious living areas, unprecedented ski-in/ski-out access, and sublime mountain ridge views from nearly every room in the house, this is the spot where your next epic Colorado escape begins.
The main level of Slopeside Villa was built for entertaining and relaxing— with a spacious, circular air-conditioned LIVING AREA that boasts breathtaking views of the mountain ridge and an opportunity to observe the skiers as they glide past while still enjoying total privacy and seclusion. This grand space has a cozy fireplace to take the chill out of the Colorado evenings, and a BREAKFAST NOOK close by that leads into the kitchen.
The air-conditioned KITCHEN is open to the living area but closed off just enough to allow for easy meal preparation or aprés-ski snacks. The custom eat-in design is super convenient and will be the spot where everyone gathers while waiting for the morning coffee to brew. High-end appliances include a massive double refrigerator and an impressive gas range. Next to the kitchen is a formal DINING ROOM with built-in bookshelves, glass French doors, and a banquet table for ten.
Two of the five bedrooms are located on this main level. The first GUEST BEDROOM has a full-size bed, and the second GUEST BEDROOM has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet. A FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway easily by each room.
Up the swirling spiral stairway lies the luxurious PRIMARY SUITE, complete with a king-size bed, seating area, fireplace, and not one but two private balconies for immersing yourself in the surrounding natural beauty. The PRIMARY BATHROOM ENSUITE features a deep tub for soaking the day away and a spa-like step-in shower. On this upper level, there is also a BUNK ROOM with two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds and an OFFICE SPACE.
The lowest level has a GUEST SUITE that acts as a small apartment space— complete with a queen-size bed, full bathroom, small kitchenette area, and a private lock-out entrance, ideal for a caretaker or nanny. There’s also a fun SECONDARY LIVING AREA on this level that has a large HDTV and a comfy sectional sofa. A WINE CELLAR has plenty of space for storing your favorite vintage. The MUDROOM has tons of storage and is perfect for suiting up or stripping down after a long day on the trails— then taking a relaxing steam in the STEAM ROOM or soaking your sore muscles in the HOT TUB.
At Slopeside Villa, the Galloping Goose ski run is right in your backyard, while each of your private balconies looks out over those famous Rocky Mountain views. You also won’t be too far away from the village core, where you can spend an afternoon shopping, enjoy an evening out, or hop on the gondola for a ride into Telluride.
