Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- TRASH
- Trash day is Monday. If you are staying overnight on Sunday, please be so kind to take the trash bins out in the backyard to the curb Sunday night. We would really appreciate it! =)
- TV's
- There are 2 Smart Tv's in the home. There is NO cable. We have Amazon prime and Netflix.
- STAIRS
- Please note that you will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the 2nd room, and 3 flights of stairs to get to the third floor.
- PARKING
- There is plenty of free street parking.
- SUMMER AMENITIES
- The following summer amenities will be available and put out for guest for summer season only. If items are damaged, lost or not returned you will be charged the following fee. Our inspector & cleaners will check at every checkout.
