Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath (2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms) condo (Unit 14) is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Resort and offers convenience in all seasons. This is a slope side retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory’s favorite runs, Lower Hades (just walk up to Lower Hades from the townhome). Ski down to the high-speed six pack in the morning, and ski right back to your door in the afternoon. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door. This location cannot be beat, and it’s close to skier base area, all of the restaurants and shops, and the primary amenities of the main skier village at Purgatory. The condo offers plenty of space for multiple families and features an open floor plan. There are tons of games/puzzles as well as DVDs for your enjoyment and the condo also features parking at the unit, washer and dryer, WIFI and a gas grill.
