The Cascade Village amenities (heated indoor pool, the outdoor and indoor hot tubs as well as the gym) have reopened. A new restaurant (The Lift at Cascade) has also opened Wednesday through Sunday for dinner during summer and winter seasons. Our 1400 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 18) featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is the perfect Colorado mountain escape. Located just minutes north of Purgatory Resort, our condo is fully furnished, equipped with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, and private decks off both main living space and master bedroom. The condo was newly furnished in Nov 2021 and is located in the San Juan Building which offers unobstructed views of Spud Mountain and the Needle Mountain Range since it does not have other buildings in front. It offers all the comforts of home in a pristine mountain setting! Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King bed and daybed with trundle (2 twins (upstairs) 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs and game room with pool table, foosball and several arcade games. There is also a gym, outdoor tennis court (summer and fall only), ski rental shop and a FREE ski shuttle to Purgatory Resort. All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps. In late 2020 Cascade Village moved from cable TV service to all streaming services. While in-house, guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. Reliable fiber optic service means guests can stream on multiple devices during their stay. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
