Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2,300 square foot residence is one of the very few private homes located at the base of Purgatory and offers convenience in all seasons. The residence features covered decks off the Main Living Space and Master bedroom with amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain and is very short walk to the slopes. Bed Configuration (All bedrooms are upstairs and have TVs): Master bedroom - King (TV) Second Floor 2nd bedroom - King (TV) Second Floor 3rd bedroom - Queen and Twin (TV) Second Floor Loft - Twin (TV) Third Floor This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Please note that, like most properties at Purgatory, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the low 50s.
