Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1,550 sq ft condo (Unit 407) in Purgatory Lodge offers the ultimate convenience in winter or summer, as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only 50 yards from the primary high-speed lift to the top of the mountain, the Purgatory Express. This is the finest ski-in/ski-out location at the resort and includes a ski locker close to the slopes. Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Resort’s premium amenities including outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar. The single level condo is located on the 4th floor (elevator access) and offers amazing mountain and slope-side views. The condo was professionally decorated and each bedroom contains a flat screen TV as well as high end furnishings and linens. Bed Configuration: Master - King and TV (main level) 2nd - Queen and TV (main level) 3rd - Two Bunk Beds (Single over Single) (main level) Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa (main level) The Lodge’s upper floor, which includes the private bar and game room, is closed during the off-season when the ski resort isn’t open (fall and April and May) Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
