Welcome to T-Town Cottage!
The brand new and adorable home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests. The property is located 2.7 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium in Historic Downtown Northport. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other and there is ample seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal or tailgate treats! There is also coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated.
The first bedroom has a King bed and optional sofa bed as well as an attached bathroom with a tub shower. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a King bed and 2 single bed flip sofas. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between with a tub shower.
On the back patio there is an outdoor dining table and umbrella as well as a fire pit and gas grill. The backyard is fully fenced in and the property is pet friendly!
Located down the road from the house there is a boat ramp that is perfect for days out on the water. Feel free to bring your own or rent a boat!

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
