Our brand new apartment was renovated on April 2019, and it is designed to provide comfort and safety in every single guest!
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. There are plenty of closets for your luggage and your clothes.
On the living room you will find a relax sofa with a flat TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- City Tax (0.5%):
- 0.5% of the rental plus extras (vat included).
- Climate Crisis Fee (apt):
- From 01/01 to 02/28: 0.5 EUR per night (departure day not included) (vat included).
- From 03/01 to 10/31: 1.5 EUR per night (departure day not included) (vat included).
- From 11/01 to 12/31: 0.5 EUR per night (departure day not included) (vat included).
- VAT 13%:
- 13% of the rental plus extras (vat included).
