This unique villa locates in the Anavyssos area, 40 klm from the center of Athens, 50 minutes driving from Athens and only 30 minutes from the airport.
On the ground floor is the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals, one w.c., one bathroom, and one office. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Two of them have a double bed with a sofa and the other one has a single one. Up to the attic there is a double bed with also an en-suite bathroom, a sofa and a large veranda.
The swimming pool is just for you! There are lots of outdoor furnitures ready for you use. Finally there is a pool house...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
