Ideally located in the heart of Athens in the municipality of Kallithea. It was fully renovated. It is decorated with very expensive materials.
It is very comfortable because there are two separate, spacey bedrooms, where 4 persons can be easily accommodated. In the living room there is also a sofa which can be transformed into a double bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. Finally a boiler will provide you with hot water for 24 hours.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Kallithea is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
The apartment is only 2 minutes distance walking from the closest bus station and 5 minutes train station. It takes only 10 minutes by bus to reach the Historical center of Athens, Monastiraki - Thisio and less than 15 minutes by bus to reach Piraeus, the largest port of Greece where you can travel to the most of Greek islands. In 50m. from the apartment there is a big grocery store and less than 100 m away there is a bakery. 10 minutes driving is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. It takes less than 5 minutes walking to go to the shopping center on foot. Finally, less than 300 m away from the apartment there are plenty of coffee shops and Greek traditional taverns.
Private Parking is available 100 meters away at an additional cost.
