Summary The Charbonneau Cottage is a cute and cozy three bedroom two bathroom brick home with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. This fully furnished home includes one king sized bed, one queen sized bed, and two twins, one flat screen Smart TV, full sized appliances, including in-unit laundry located inside of the garage, basic cookware, utensils, and dishware. A spacious semi-fenced yard and a basketball hoop. High Speed Internet is included. The Space The one story, Charbonneau Cottage home features a cozy living room, kitchen, spacious dining room, three bedrooms, and a garage. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and basic cookware, making preparing meals at home during your stay an easy option. Our home features three bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, spacious closet, and en-suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. Bedroom two features two twin sized beds and the third bedroom features a queen size bed. The hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combo as well. Both bathrooms include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup removing wipes and fresh linens for every guest. Guest Access Guests have complete and exclusive access to this three bedroom two bathroom home minus the hallway and dining room closet.The Yale lock is located on the front door. You will enter through the front door and use your access code to enter the property. The driveway offers enough room for three vehicles. Please do not park in the grass. The Neighborhood This lovely home is located in a cul-de-sac in a large and quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. We do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00pm. Please be respectful to all neighbors. Getting Around This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville. With easy access onto I-295 and All American, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg and Cape Fear Valley Medical Center are only 20 minutes away! The home is located minutes from I-295 and only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Skibo Road. Interaction with Guest In the spirit of social distancing, check-in is self guided. You will let yourself in with a unique door code. Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away! Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in. Other Things to Note In order to continue to offer the earliest possible check-in and latest possible check out , we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure: 1. Make sure all garbage inside of the home has been placed in the green receptacle outside. 2. Place all used towels in the black laundry bag or leave on the bathroom floor. 3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies. These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation!
