Three charming air-conditioned bedrooms featuring their own en suite bathrooms located on the first floor, sea view balconies and a rich continental breakfast included in the price, make this accommodation a perfect vacation choice for a group of up to 7 persons. The swimming pool is open from 16/04 until 01/11.
This villa/pension is ideal for people who want to spend their holidays without having to cook their own meals. Guests can arrange lunch and dinner in the restaurant with a special discount.
There is a private ground floor lounge area features comfortable sitting furniture with TV and library. Guests have their own private entrance separate from the restaurant, which opens at noon and closes at 10PM.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Cancellation Insurance: 6.98% of the booking price. Max.: 20000 EUR.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 3 days.
