Comfortable apartment is situated in a historical building in the Quadrilatero Romano area and is able to accommodate up to 6 guests. The building is located in the center of the city and it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in a few minutes by walk or by public transport. Convenient to services and spacious, suitable for large families or groups of friends, but also for couples who want more comfort. Immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of the Piedmontese capital!

Spacious and very comfortable apartment of about 90 square meters is located on the second floor of a building without a lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of:
LIVING AREA: with a queen sofa bed, a single puff and a relaxation area
KITCHEN: roomy, with fridge, freezer, hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka, juicer and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM: with a queen bed and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: is not an independent one and can be used to pass by, situated between a mater bedroom and a living room, with a single camp bed and the comfortable office area with a large desk
BATHROOM: equipped with a walk-in shower, bidet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have air conditioning (3 split - one in the kitchen, the other one in the master bedroom and the third one covers the single bedroom area and the living room), unlimited free WiFi (Speedtest: Download: 143 Mbps Upload: 177 Mbps), TV, iron and ironing board , independent heating with the boiler, balcony
N.B .: In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
-the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, each additional set € 8.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.
