One-bedroom apartment located located in Sirmione, within a nice residence with a shared swimming pool and large green spaces.
The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with the bright and spacious living room equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed for two, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully fitted kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven , microwave, dish washer, toaster, coffe machine, electric kettle and orange juicer. The living room leads to the private terrace equipped with a dining table with chairs.
The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen size, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine completes the apartment.
*Shared pool (10 x 20 meters long) is available from June 1st to September 30th. Swimming cap is required.
Guests can easily park their car in the shared parking spaces just in front of the building.
