Large and comfortable 150sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the second floor, with lift (not suitable for the disabled), of a building in the heart of Prati district, the apartment is the ideal solution to visit the main points of interest in the city comfortably on foot and by public transportation. The building is a 10-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and Castel Sant’Angelo. In 5 minutes on foot you can also reach the Ottaviano metro stop.

The apartment is located within the renowned Rione Prati, an area that connects San Pietro and Castel Sant’Angelo, born as a district that housed the Italian Kingdom administrative structures and a residential area for state officials.
The area is well served and you can find everything you’ll need during your stay and, thanks to Ottaviano metro stop (5 minutes away on foot), it is the ideal location to easily visit the main points of interest in the city by public transportation.

- Piazza San Pietro (Basilica and Vatican Museums): 9 minutes on foot;

- Restaurant "La Segreta - Trattoria Sul Tetto": 1 minute on foot - 140 meters;

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the shuttle bus from the airport to "Roma Vaticano" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property (ticket cost: € 7.00). Alternatively, it is possible to take the Leonardo Express train from the airport to Rome Termini station, from which it is possible to take the Metro A Line to "Ottaviano" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.
- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the shuttle bus from the airport to "Roma Vaticano" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to take bus no. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (19 stops), from which it is possible to take the Metro Line A to "Ottaviano" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.
- From Rome Termini Railway Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by Metro A Line to "Ottaviano" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property
- If you’re travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. Paid parking is available in the surrounding streets. You can park your car, for a fee, at Parking Prati (2 minutes away on foot).
The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
