Welcome to 202 West! This beautifully designed two-bedroom, two-bath, beachfront condo offers 1,450 square feet of living space with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom, living areas and outdoor balcony.
Guest luxury and comfort is evident with a plush bed topper in the French Caribbean themed master bedroom. The spacious master bath has a whirlpool tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and large walk-in closet.
The fully appointed kitchen includes an eat-in breakfast area, Keurig & standard coffee makers, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
An outdoor balcony provides space for outdoor dining with a teakwood table and chairs. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys and a wagon in the outdoor closet for some fun in the sun.
202 West is located steps away from one of Martinique’s beautiful pool and grilling areas. The 4,200 acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge east of Martinique includes 3 miles of mandated undeveloped beach making time on the beach more peaceful with less crowds and plenty of birds and sea life to appreciate.
