Zion’s Gate I is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5-bathroom townhome in Southern Utah. Conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16, it is a short scenic drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes away from downtown St. George. The neighboring home is identical and can be rented for an extra-large group – see Zion’s Gate II. The perfect place for your next Southern Utah getaway with family or friends!
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. There are four bedrooms, plus a bean bag sleeper in the TV room. The home has a small backyard equipped with a natural gas BBQ and seating for 12. It also has a front courtyard with additional seating. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The complex has access to two beautiful pools (heated all year round), and hot tubs that are a 5-minute walk from the home. There is also a clubhouse that has games, foosball, and a gym! The Clubhouse can be rented to groups. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber is provided. Smart TVs are available on all TVs.
The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.
For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.
This home is NOT pet-friendly.
There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined.
