The 38 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building and has an independent entrance from the street. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with two induction hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, moka, electric juicer and electric oven combined with microwave and steamer - Living area with single sofa bed, split AC and 28 "smart TV - Bedroom with queen bed, split AC, mosquito net and walk-in closet with safe and trolley bench - Toilet with access from the bedroom, equipped with wc with hand shower, bidet and emotional shower with chromotherapy. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washer dryer, utility sink, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Available on request camping cot + mattress for children up to 2 years of age. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The apartment is at guests’ disposal! All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Our keyholder will contact you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. Walking along the seafront you can reach the famous beach of Pane e Pomodoro, practice jogging and many outdoor activities.
