The flat is located in the Liberty Madonnella district, just 80 meters from the lively seafront of Bari, the heart of the city, and a 15-minute walk from the historic center. In just over 10 minutes you can also reach the Bari Marconi station, with connections to the splendid Polignano, Monopoli and Alberobello.
The 38 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building and has an independent entrance from the street.
The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with two induction hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, moka, electric juicer and electric oven combined with microwave and steamer
- Living area with single sofa bed, split AC and 28 "smart TV
- Bedroom with queen bed, split AC, mosquito net and walk-in closet with safe and trolley bench
- Toilet with access from the bedroom, equipped with wc with hand shower, bidet and emotional shower with chromotherapy.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washer dryer, utility sink, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Available on request camping cot + mattress for children up to 2 years of age.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Walking along the seafront you can reach the famous beach of Pane e Pomodoro, practice jogging and many outdoor activities. - FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 1.2 km from the flat.
- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment can be reached in 14 minutes on foot (1.2 km) or by regional train towards Putignano, final stop "Bari Sud Est" 800m from the flat.
- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Silopark Sonnino, in Corso Sidney Sonnino 25/A, at 350 meters from the flat.
