The rental fee quoted on the apartment page is for maximum 6 people, whereas a 10% surcharge will be applied for each guest above the 6th. We can offer a 10% price reduction if no more than 2 guests stay at this property. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt. • The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page • Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in. • Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00. • Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. • Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival. • No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. • Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off. • After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form. • Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay.
