Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed - Main Level 2nd Bedroom - King Bed - Main Level 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed - Main Level Loft over Kitchen - 2 Twin Beds The home also has a dedicated game room in the loft above the garage, offering ping pong, air hockey, and foosball tables along with a basketball backboard and net for your entertainment. The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). We offer a large fenced dog area for the pups! Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
