When you feel like venturing out, you can walk to the free Cabriolet ski lift for quick and easy access to the slopes or take the complimentary Canyons Connect Shuttle service. Plus, the base of the Canyons Resort is just 300 yards away! You’ll also be within walking distance of premier restaurants.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The shared hot tubs are not guaranteed during the summer.
The clubhouse, pools, hot tub, and sauna are closed annually between Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
The tennis and volleyball courts are only available during the summer.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
