Between the Waters Cabin

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level cabin is on 1 acre and sits directly on the Florida River offering privacy and seclusion along with amazing fishing. The cabin is adjacent to BLM land offering even more river frontage to the west. There is also a small neighborhood lake just a short walk away that features a beach and more fishing as well as paddle boarding etc. Its hard to believe the cabin is less then 15 minutes from historic downtown Durango. The cabin has a fantastic covered deck next to the river and features all the standard amenities including WIFI, Cable TV, washer/dryer and nostalgic western memorabilia as well as amazing paintings the owner painted. Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom 3 - Futon Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning. Please note the the WIFI service, while reliable (thru Centurylink) averages 5mbs and is fine for email, surfing the internet but does not offer enough speed for streaming video (Zoom, movies etc.). Cell phone not work at the cabin but can be connected via WIFI calling. The cabin does have a home phone offering free local and long distance calling. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
