Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,000 sq. ft. East Rim Condo (East Rim A-22) is just steps to the lifts and is located across from Purgatory Lodge in an ideal location offering ultimate all-season convenience.
This condo’s location is unbeatable! The East Rim complex is centrally located to the main skier plaza and is just a short walk to the fastest and biggest high speed lift on the mountain, Purgatory Express. Located just a step away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities of the primary base village at Purgatory Resort, it offers the convenience of a central location, with the privacy of a mountain-side retreat. With its unbeatable views and cozy interior, our condo is the perfect escape after an epic day on the mountain. This newly furnished and remodeled residence will not disappoint! Bring your Nintendo games as the condo features a Nintendo Switch.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
