Welcome to this Charming Springdale Colonial home. Located in a friendly neighborhood that is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, professional offices, banks, a variety of small, locally-owned shops. Easy access to New York City is available through the Springdale train station. Close to downtown Stamford and Mianus River State Park Scenic Reserve.
A bright and cheerful home filled with tons of character expected from an older home. Arched doorways welcome you and feature hardwood floors throughout the home, WIFI, a separate laundry room, charming outdoor space. Spacious master suite with queen bed, lounge area, and private bathroom. A sun-filled den perfect for work or play. A/C on upper levels, which cools the entire house. The yard is partially fenced in and the patio is located conveniently right outside the kitchen.
Springdale is a section of Stamford that has a small-town feel.
Less than a 15-minute drive to several area beaches.
Both Sacred Heart University of Fairfield and the University of Bridgeport have conducted classes at "campuses" (rented space for classrooms) in Springdale near the railroad station.
