You will be three doors from Camelback Resort and waterpark. Not to mention, you can have some fun away from the waterpark with the shared community pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts on-site! This family-friendly retreat offers a nice and well-equipped living area with a woodstove, partial air-conditioning, a large smart TV to stream your favorite series and movies, and a private deck with a gas BBQ to view the mountains. The full, eat-in kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare tasty meals and snacks, especially after a fun-filled day in the surrounding parks. The Keurig coffee maker is a great addition according to coffee enthusiasts. Two bedrooms can be found on the first level of the home along with a laundry room and a full bathroom. The third floor features a nice and secluded sleeping area with a comfortable bed and an en suite full bathroom. This is a great vacation home and boasts a great location close to all major attractions the Poconos has to offer! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests’ own accounts. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
