This home is a rental home offering two separate suites, each with its own entrance, laundry, kitchen and more. There is a door that is locked from both sides at the top of the stairs. The suite on the lower level is self contained, with its own door at the bottom of the stairs so there would be reduced noise coming from the lower unit. Guests would have no interaction with each other.

Livingston has quick access to Stoney Trail, Deerfoot Trail and is less than 15 minutes away from the Calgary Airport.
