A gorgeous four bedroom, two and a half bath home overlooking Copano Bay with a private lighted pier with bench seating, and a lighted fish cleaning station. 2 adult kayaks, 1 smaller kayak, and 2 SUPs are all included for your enjoyment. You will be treated to the most amazing views of Copano Bay from this home. The massive patio has two picnic tables, two charcoal grills, a corn hole game, plenty of extra seating and, of course, water views!
The half bath is downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs is the spacious open living, dining, and kitchen areas with views of Copano Bay. Full of understated and elegant seaside decor, you’ll feel relaxed the minute you walk in. The living area has ample and comfortable seating, and the sofa doubles as a queen bed. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
