The house combines charm and luxury in all its rooms, starting with the large open living room which allows the entry of sunlight from east to west: decorated with three large sofas, side tables and a 60 inch television, which provides an exceptional audio-visual experience. In the background is the elegantly decorated bar, a great spot for lively, fun moments.
The outdoor space is centered around the majestic infinity pool that separates the common living space from the sleeping area. Along the pool terrace there are relaxing fountains, a large dining table, designer reclining lounge chairs and a lounge area with 3 comfortable sofas: the whole environment is surrounded by vegetation.
The professional kitchen is located in the basement of the house, its large area allows for a team of professional cooks to prepare delicious dishes comfortably.
On the first floor there are 3 of the 6 luxurious suites, all air conditioned and equipped with king-size beds with 600 thread-count linens, sofas, a desk, a 50-inch TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with a natural stone wall.
The villa has an air-conditioned gym with various weight training, gym and Crossfit equipment, a hammam and two massage rooms. The villa’s laundry room has a washer and dryer and ample storage space for kitesurfing equipment.
On the second floor, there is a living room to rest, a place of peace and tranquility to meditate or read a book. The environment has 3 individual sofas to enjoy the view.
The remaining 3 suites are excellent as well, all charming and equally equipped, including the master suite, which is the largest and is similar to the others suites but in addition has a private balcony and access to the terrace with sun lounge sofas, a mini pool, and a beautiful ocean view.
The rental includes cleaning, breakfast and afternoon tea. A concierge is at your disposal.

Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
