The villa has a large fully furnished living area and is perfect for events and commemorative parties. It has a large swimming pool on the ground floor, an exclusive restaurant for guests to use. The villa has 7 large suites that provide maximum comfort, all are air conditioned and have a king size bed, cable TV and large bathrooms. On the terrace there is an area for sunbathing while you rest on the comfortable sun loungers or cool off in the pool enjoying an incredible 360º view of the iconic Cartagena. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
