Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this exceptional 6 bedroom, 6 bath, 4,500 sq ft Swan River front home located just 10 minutes from historic downtown Bigfork and Flathead Lake. This stretch of the river where wildlife abound is famous for tube floating, fly fishing and seasonal kayaking. Common wildlife sightings include eagles, osprey, waterfowl, foxes, deer and occasionally moose and bear. Listen to the sound of the river rushing past the home as you lounge on the deck soaking in an amazing setting. Experience unique privacy but you are only minutes to all the conveniences of being downtown. A full service market including floating tube rentals, fishing licenses and gas station are located within walking distance to the home.
The main floor consists of the master bedroom with (1) King bed, a guest bedroom with Twin bunk beds and 3rd bedroom with (1) King bed and (3) full bathrooms with tub/shower combo. Also included on the main floor is the gourmet kitchen with gas stove, dining room and great room with rock fireplace. The open floor plan includes large picture windows with spectacular views of the remarkable Swan River and Swan Mountains. The upstairs level includes the 4th bedroom with (1) king size bed. The remaining 2 guest rooms are located in the detached guest quarters above the garage. Each are furnished with King sized beds and 2 bathrooms. Both buildings are air conditioned. The attached covered deck off the main house leads to beautiful landscaping and manicured lawn to the water’s edge. Amenities also include cable TV, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Gas Barbecue, Fire Pit, Ping Pong and Basketball hoop.
