A masterpiece of style and design, this spacious villa has a single-story layout. Sharpen your culinary skills in the gourmet kitchen, where upscale appliances include a French-door fridge, double ovens, and a gas range with a grill. A large granite island with an additional sink offers plenty of prep space, while an office nook to the side creates the perfect spot to research recipes. Two dining areas offer ample space to enjoy home-cooked delicacies. Find an inviting living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy family movie nights in the home theater - complete with a wet bar and a mini-fridge. Or spend time together in the converted garage, which includes a pool table, arcade game, and fitness equipment. Located next to the fitness/game room, the primary suite wows with a sofa, smart TV, office nook, and direct access to the pool. The spa-like en suite bathroom includes a clawfoot tub and a separate shower. One additional bedroom contains an en suite bathroom. If traveling with a larger group, consider also renting the detached casita (Casita Verde). THINGS TO KNOW The private pool is not heated. The fireplace in the primary suite is not operable. Other guests may occupy the separate casita during your stay. The guest home is completely detached from your main home rental, located on the lower half of the oversize parcel. Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Property Manager liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
