This brand new home features a gourmet kitchen, an open concept floor plan, 5 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and the views are a sight that must be seen! There are 2 living rooms with the main level featuring an oversized couch perfect for movie night, a fireplace perfect for cold nights and so much room to share with your friends and family! The lower level living room has two sleeper sofas for additional room for sleeping. Relax on the large back deck with your morning coffee or soak in the glorious evening sunset and mountain views and you’ll see why they call Montana "Big Sky Country!" The laundry/mud room has a full sized washer and dryer and a powder room.
There is direct access to the Gallatin National Forest with 300+ acres of trails perfect for hiking or ATV’s! Conveniently located in Gallatin Gateway, just south of Bozeman on your way to Big Sky or West Yellowstone. Also, just over an hour from the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park! It’s a central home base for year round fun: fishing, rafting, hiking, skiing, golfing, shopping, visiting the National Park, or partaking of the many delicious restaurants in the area are all accessible within an hours drive.

Most of the homes in Montana do not have central A/C, instead, we use the old-fashioned Montana A/C. Montana A/C is we encourage guests to open windows at night, and closing them up during the day (Including curtains/blinds). Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present in the home for your safety. Additionally, most homes will have fans located in the bedroom closets. This home DOES feature Central Air and has ceiling fans for convenience!
