The Bear Claw Americana is a large, well-designed townhome with trailer parking and room for 24 guests. The home has high-quality furnishings, tall ceilings, and large windows. The accordion doors blend indoor-outdoor living as they open up the living room to the side patio. Sit back and relax in the community spa or pools after a long day of exploring, or play a round of pickleball that is just around the street. Overall it’s the perfect home base for a large group of friends or family to experience all that Southern Utah offers!
This beautiful townhome has 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths spread over 3000 square feet of living space. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the needed dishes & utensils. With a huge dining table, there is plenty of seating for family and friends. The living room has wall-to-wall accordion doors that open up to the side patio. There is also bedroom 1 with an ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor of the home, there are 2 additional living rooms with a smart TV, large couches, and a foosball table. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a smart TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a smart TV, a private bathroom, and a hidden loft/play area. Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with 4 queen-over-queen bunks, an additional queen bed, a private bathroom, and a smart TV.
Across the street from the home is the community pool area. There is a lap pool, swimming pool, hot tub, and splash pad for the kiddos!
Around the back, there is plenty of space to park trailers and extra vehicles. The home is a 5-minute drive to Sand Hollow State Park where you can go to the reservoir to swim or go off-roading at the dunes.
To enter the home you will go through the front door. It has a keypad lock that will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number provided on the reservation. Once inside you can open the garage and pull around back to park. There will be a garage door opener on the counter for you to use during your stay. You may park in the garage and/or around the back where there is room.
To get into the community pool area just grab the pool fob, throw on your swimsuit, and head across the street!
The home has an EV charger, Tesla drivers will have to bring their adapter though.
We have made every effort to make your stay here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From extra pillows and blankets to a fully equipped kitchen, we have thought of it all for you. Once you arrive all you have to do is relax and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer!
