You are 10 minutes to Seabrook & Salisbury Beaches, 5 minutes to ½ dozen outdoor parks with freshwater fun (rivers, ponds & lakes), 10 minutes to historic Newburyport, and 2 minutes to downtown Amesbury. Sunset Suite provides the perfect family get-away location – close to fun outdoor activities: swimming, kayaking, hiking, biking, boating, whale watching, and fishing. For the biking enthusiast, Sunset Suite is just off the Essex Scenic Byway which traverses all of Essex County taking riders from Salisbury Beach along the coast through Newburyport and the Parker River Wildlife Sanctuary, through Ipswich’s gorgeous Salt Marshes, through Essex, an antique lover’s dream with dozens of huge antiques shops, then up through Gloucester and Rockport for rocky shorelines and so much more. For those who enjoy more of a cultural get-away, Sunset Suite is close to museums, art galleries, theaters, Blue Ocean Music Hall, the North Shore Music Theater, Lowell’s Skiff Museum, the Customs House, Light Houses and more. As you enter into the living space, you can either go right into the spacious and comfortable living room or left into the eat-in kitchen. Through the kitchen, you will find the 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. The living room welcomes guests with spacious comfy couches. The living room with a huge (65-inch) Smart TV is fabulous for snuggling in front of your favorite movie. From the living room, sliding glass doors lead to the private deck with private grill. What a stunning view – lounge in the luxury deck furniture and enjoy stunning sunsets! At Sunset Suite, as you enter into the living space, go left into the specious eat-in kitchen. The huge table provides plenty of seating and space for an elegant feast. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining space, lead to the bedrooms. The full bath and Laundry rooms are both off the dining area. Sunset Suite comfortably hosts 3 - 4 guests; the 2 bedrooms provide a master and kids’ bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and huge closet. The kids’ bedroom has 2 twin beds as a day bed with a trundle. Sunset Suite has a nice mix of private and shared outdoor space. The private front deck with private grill provides some comfy seating to enjoy the classic New England view and watch stunning sunsets. Guests will be fined and immediately evicted if there is any evidence of smoking found anywhere in this home. - NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Amenities: Each of our properties features a "starter kit" of a few days’ worth of supplies for guests that includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. The beds are fully made and ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.
