Imagine sipping coffee on the upper deck while watching the birds soar over the beach dunes. Then, grab your beach chairs and spend all day body surfing or strolling the beautiful soft sand beach, watching boats cruise past. Ahh - Plum Island at it’s best!
After a day at the beach, return to your beach house with central air conditioning! Or, if you prefer, open the windows and sliding glass doors - enjoy the lovely sea breezes. So refreshing! With seating for 15, everyone can enjoy quality time together on the upper level living space. Let’s start with happy hour! Then, fire up the grill for dinner on the deck. After dinner, watch the sun set over the bay. The perfect beach day!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
