This property is great for families as we have family focused amenities, in a quiet neighbourhood.
Invermere has strict rules around garbage collection and recycling. We ask that guests take most garbage off site, which is quite common in Invermere. There are two nearby garbage facilities that offer free dumping.
Guests will have access to the entire townhome.
Nestled between the Purcells and the Rocky Mountains in the beautiful Columbia Valley, you will find Invermere on the Lake. Located in southeastern British Columbia, Invermere is the perfect place to call home. With ideal weather conditions on the warm side of the Rockies, you can enjoy our lakes, hot springs, a variety of golf courses and farmers’ markets, world-class hiking and biking trails, two mountain ski resorts, ziplining and the home of the Whiteway, the world’s longest outdoor skating trail that also provides a cross country ski track around Lake Windermere.
Guests will enjoy access to the entire townhouse including attached garage, two (2) patios, outdoor furniture, a BBQ and small fenced in yard.
The property is located within close proximity to Kinsmen Park & Beach, grocery stores, shops, the hospital and library.
The kitchen has everything you need, from pots and pans to Tupperware, a crockpot, toaster oven and all the basics.
Looking to head down to the lake? We have beach chairs, toys, towels and a wagon for your use. Wander down the hill and through downtown, over to Kinsmen beach in roughly 15 minutes.
We have additional family friendly amenities such as a pack and play, high chair, baby gate and more. Please ask us for help and we will point you to where they are stored.
The townhouse is split into three levels;
Lower Floor - Garage (secure), entry room and second living room with pull out sofa, large TV with cable, games and laundry.
Main Floor - Kitchen with an attached patio and bbq, dining area and a half bathroom. The main living room has games, a large TV with cable, and an attached patio with seating. Enjoy mountain views from the patio & Beautiful paintings by Ross Lynem in the living area.
Upper Floor - Master bedroom with mountain views (king bed), second bedroom (queen bed), third bedroom with bunkbed (double + single) and one full bathroom.
The town is very walkable and the property is located steps away from all major amenities.
Assuming you will be driving to the property, you have the option to drive or walk to where you need to be.
If you need a ride, taxi would be your best bet as Invermere does not have ridesharing.
