You are “Dune Alright” if you are planning a trip to this newly renovated corner unit at the iconic Gulf Dunes resort on Okaloosa Island. Recently refreshed and re-painted in cool summer colors, this all-Gulf-front complex has served as the favorite beach destination for many vacationers over the years. With 2 pools, grills, an elevator and plenty of parking. Parking in the covered, numbered space designated for Unit #201, the open lot out front can hold lots of extra vehicles.
The corner unit offers new flooring, decor and fresh paint. Being on the end gives the space a more private feel. The balcony offers sweeping views of the pools, white sandy beaches and the sparkling emerald waters beyond are mesmerizing. Many of our guests request full Gulf-front and this condo is perfect for them.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
