Come experience some of the best views on Marco Island and the Gulf of Mexico at the upscale, beachfront Admiralty House condominium association. Located on the 17th floor (of 18), this corner unit has a wrap around balcony that features both western and southernly views. You can watch the sunrise (at certain times) and the stunning Marco sunsets every night of the year right from the balcony!
The living room and two bedrooms have new floor to ceiling sliding doors or windows offering views up and down the entire beach as well as access to the balcony. The unit has a covered parking space with its own storage locker. If you’d like to rent bikes for your stay, Marco Island Bike Rental offers free delivery and pick up 7 days/week, as well as complimentary locks and helmets, and there are bike racks onsite.
Contemporary elegance and friendly security staff greet you in the lobby at Admiralty House. There are only six units per floor so you don’t have to worry about long waits for the elevator. There are two commercial bbq grills available, along with large social room where various social activities take place, including dance classes, and exercise classes in the heated pool.
If you’re feeling active, play a round of tennis at one of the two private tennis courts or take advantage of the private beach access for a long walk. Ready to relax? Grab a book from the library and head out to the shade of the Chickee hut sun deck or lounge in the sun around the largest beachfront condo pool on Marco Island at 60 x 30 feet. Everything has been thought of including beach chair lockers so you don’t have carry your chairs out to the beach each day. Admiralty House is conveniently located so you are within walking distance to shops and some of the top-rated restaurants on the island, including Joey’s Pizza, Sami’s Pizza & Grill, NeNe’s Kitchen, Empire Bagel Factory and Doreen’s Cup of Joe.
