Ideally located, Waterfront Paradise is just a walk away from downtown St. Augustine, island attractions, and numerous restaurants and bars, and the white sand of St. Augustine Beach is just a short 4 mile drive away. Best of all, this beautiful home comes with guest access to a deep water dock and private riverfront beach, kayaks, and the option of a chartered cruise from the dock! The dock is shared with the owner. Guests may also bring their own boat (up to 35’). Catch Redfish and Flounder for dinner, or just relax on the private beach or dangle your legs in the water from the floating dock, keeping an eye out for dolphins, sea turtles, and beautiful water birds. Perfect for multiple couples and families, this spacious and updated home has numerous areas for gathering and relaxing both indoors and outdoors. The main house welcomes you with an oversized front porch stretching across the length of the home and outfitted with rocking chairs. Enjoy your meals out on the veranda facing the river or have a picnic on the private beach or dock. Inside the main home are two living areas and a huge open kitchen and bar. The bunk house is separated from the main house by a breezeway courtyard and has its own living room. There is plenty of space to sleep the family with three bedrooms in the main house with a pullout sofa in one if the living areas, and double bunks plus a pull-out in the bunk house which also has its own full kitchen and bathroom. Waterfront Paradise is located 0.5 mile from the heart of St. Augustine’s historic district on the Salt Run waterway leading to the ICW and St. Augustine Inlet. This area is a well established neighborhood with an array of home-styles from historic, to classic and present day construction. Locally known as Davis Shores, the neighborhood was established in 1925. Take a tour of our historic markers throughout the neighborhood. Getting around St. Augustine incredibly easy and hassle free. The area is sought out because of its walking distance to historic downtown and local nightlife (No need to pay for parking!) But you don’t have to walk everywhere! There are local golf cart shuttles to pick you up, water taxis, and ride shares. **PET POLICY: Only one dog is permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval. **NOTE: Must have prior approval to be able dock your boat at the dock, and additional fees will apply. Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a romantic walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions. Startup bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided with each booking. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. Please keep this in mind, thank you!
